Fabrication
STP Ltd have a bespoke facility at our base in Great Yarmouth for Fabrication and sheet metal work to be carried out in. Our platers and sheet metal workers are time served and highly skilled in their trade to be able to achieve high standards of quality as always required for a new fabrication purchase.
The quality management system that we have in place ensures that QC/QA is maintained throughout the project, from small one-off jobs to high quantity batches or heavy structural projects, all work will be delivered on time with a full Data Dossier for your own records and to achieve the traceability that is required in today’s market. Specialising in the food Industry, STP Ltd offer an unrivalled service for the manufacture of bespoke conveyor systems.

Fabric Maintenance
STP Ltd have a highly skilled Fabric Maintenance team for onshore or offshore work. The team are equipped to work in the toughest environments and deliver customer requirements to a high level of quality, in budget and on time.
Machining
STP Ltd have a number of machining centres to aid us with the manufacture of customer components. Our machines range from small high speed CNC Milling centres, to large manually operated Lathes.
Operating from our facility based in Great Yarmouth and employing a highly skilled workforce of competent engineers, STP can instil confidence in our customers to expect a service that is highly regarded by our returning customers, time and time again. Installation
STP Ltd have a vast knowledge of on-site installation, Our team of highly qualified staff have in depth knowledge of steel erection processes. Upon installation of a project our staff arrive with all relevant paperwork so that the project can go ahead with no delays.
Our Health and Safety representatives are one step ahead of the fitting team and RAMS will have been forwarded on for approval in good time to eliminate any potential hold ups. This service is all complimented with up to date training for our team for the use of equipment and plant whilst on site.
Non-Destructive Testing
STP Ltd have qualified staff to assist with our customers asset integrity inspection. Working with the latest standards, STP offer a bespoke service to our clients to ensure that inspection is carried out to our customers’ requirements.
We also have the facility in place to offer a repair or replace service to ensure minimal downtime is caused during and after inspections have been carried out.
Our NDT service is also available for newly manufactured parts and a full document pack will be supplied with all new equipment manufactured and tested on-site at our Great Yarmouth based facility.
Personnel Supply
STP Ltd have a team of highly skilled and experienced staff that carry all relevant certification for offshore mobilisation. We offer a rapid response service to ensure that we have engineers
available to be deployed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with very competitive rates offered.

Rope Access
STP Ltd have a selection of qualified Rope access technicians with various skill sets available. Our Rope access team are ready to mobilise both on and offshore to cater for our clients’ needs at short notice, as is normally required in the energy sectors.

Welding
STP Ltd have an incredibly skilled team of welders with various disciplines. Our in-house welding inspector ensures that a high quality of work is adhered to, this gives our customers confidence in our work when returning for repeat orders. As with all of our projects, large or small, a fully documented Data Dossier will be delivered with your order ensuring total traceability throughout the project.
Our team specialise in valve repair work and have all relevant certification for the planning, overlay and re-machining of damaged valve bodies for the energy and Oil and Gas sectors. We understand the need to minimise downtime in these sectors and our staff are ready to assist with all of our client’s needs.
